French TTS fixed

Hello
I tried to use the TTS engine of my samsung galaxy tab, and the result was somewhat "broken" with some weird words. So I took a look into the tts.xml file and found many typos and errors for the french language.
I fixed all that and now, everything is working fine.

I also changed the expression "bretelle d'accès" by "sortie" because in fact, this was a double mistake: "bretelle d'accès" means that we enter into a wide road, but here, these words are given in the opposite case, so it should be "bretelle de sortie".
But even "bretelle de sortie" is an uncommon expression in french, we usually just say "sortie".
Please consider to include this fix into the next version. -

I would like to test this TTS.XML file for french
where is located the file which must be replaced?

in the following folder
android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/ -
Or just folder sdcard/navigator for older systems.
