Hi,

take a look at this map:

When I'm at Keßlerstraße and trying to route to some destination, he tries to route me via Dr.-Franz-Hardt-Weg.
But that's not possible by car, there's a barriere from Keßlerstraße to Dr.-Franz-Hardt-Weg.

Could someone check it, please ?

I checked it myself, zwiebelchen is right:
Although you stated on June 12, that bollards are now implemented, they are ignored (in this case, at least).
Was this due to my comment on June 20, where pedestrian navigation was handled incorrectly...?

if I set departure on Dr Franz Hardt Weg and destination on Frtz Wingen Str, then route does not go through the closed part of Kesslerstrasse

This bollard had the tag general access=yes. I changed it to no and yes for pedestrian and bycicle.

Access tags on the bollard are completely irrelevant. Currently Mapfactor Navigator is completely clueless about barrier=bollard - most likely all barriers.

Its in the data for 4 years and still MN routes through there. Barriers are borken.

Hm, you may be right. openrouteservice.org's car-routing also routes via any bollard, no regard if acces=no or vehicle=no

mdx: Look at the changelog any you'll see that nothing changed on the tags. I corrected topology with newer sat imagery while having it open anyway.

Yes, that is what I did https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/305904673/history ... but in history you won't see if node was part of way (which is important for the conversion) or not ... and you modified it, so I expected that there was something wrong.
(edit) p.s. this particular barrier should be converted:
... WHERE tag_key='barrier' and (tag_value='block' or tag_value='fence' or tag_value='gate' or tag_value='bollard') ... but it is not, so I would like to investigate it in detail

This might mean that there are sturdy bollards in that specific place
