access=no on motorway_link

Hi,
the motorway exit in Weilerswist has been closed and will be closed for unforseen future. Somebody has set the links to access=no (its non public).
This is the Motorway exit - The motorway_links have an access=no since 2013 still MN trys to exit the Motorway at that exit:

Interpreting access tags is probably the worst bug right now. (together with barrier=)

I do not know, but in my case it routes as expected. All four ramps are white and have crosses. If you have start on blocked road then it will find the way.
