Map display is VERY slow in 11.0.19

Hello,
I just upgraded to 11.0.19 and map display is very slow: each time I move around the map or zomm in or zoom out it takes about 5 seconds to redraw the map.
How can I downgrade to 11.0.16?

we compared the start speed of 11.0.16 and 11.0.19 and I can confirm, that the newer is slower. We will investigate the reason. If you need CAB file for PDA here is the older one:
