TomTom Maps purchase via PC

Hi, I bought map of Italy at € 14,99 via PC instead via my mobile
phone as I had problems in filling the fields (I was able to fill only
some fields while some others remained blank even if I was writing in
them). So I also received this email stating my order has been
correctly processed but when I tap on navigator on my phone, the app
doesn’t see my payment and still invites me to buy it, how can I solve
this?

you are already solving this issues with support ...
Please go to downloader and download TomTom maps of Italy (new key was created).
