Latest Italian map update problems

Hi guys,
On the latest Italian map update I have problems with some special characters: for example & and ' are showed on screen like "?BADXML?".
I experience this problem on the map in general with the name of the towns and also in the POI details window.
Has someone my same problem?

I can confirm that problem in Italian map. Early map access.

Yes, UK maps also have this. See this screenshot.
