convert Garmin map (.IMG) to navigator map (.MCA)

hello evrey one i have the Garmin map last update i want to convert to the Navigator map but unfortunately i didn't found any converter tools
so do you have any conversion tools like GPS map edit or other ...your help highly appreciate

there is no such a tool ... the maps are directly converted from planet.osm file in MapFactor

Do you guys have a user manual for OLD IDIOTS for the nav11free please? As with most modern technology, ONLY 10 year-old kids can operate them!!
