map rotate turn off

in Navigation mode Rotate and Centre map are automatically enabled.
Why?
I do not want a lap dancer on my screen: how can I avoid this distracting imposition?

Have a look in the menu -> settings -> GPS
uncheck the item turn map .
And don't use the 3D-view!This should solve your problem.

there are 2 problems
when turn on navigation switch AUTOMATICALLY on rotate on! Is annoing ^3
the centre of map is very down!!!!
uncheck isn't solution i read the FOM...
