Can I know how frequently the Maps are update?

The last update was three days ago (20130611, available on Early Maps now) - was there some major import? I see increase of computation time from 10min (two months ago), to 25min (last month) to 1h27min (this month) - the source is from planet130606.osm. The next source will be planet130704.osm (if available).

Can I know why it is not visible as the last updated date on the site, and also not available for download.
Still the May 8, 2013 is available for the Sri Lanka OSM
