Bug access prohibited but Mapfactor igores it

    Access to this road (and oder roads around Henryka Sienkiewicza and Aleja Piłsudskiego crossing) is
    prohibited but Mapfactor igores it and plans rutes thru.

    ... i.e. I can confirm, that is Tomas writing, and it should be fixed in May data.
    p.s. sorry for confusing date this time - there were some issues with release of planet.osm (approx 2weeks delay) so some countries were computed from April planet at the beginning of May.
