Error message of Failed to add a Routing point. How do I fix?

Have used this program for over a year but am now getting the above message and no directions or maps will load.. I tried deleting and loading the app again. I reset to default. Map message tells me that maps are up to date.

Do you have map for that particular coordinate? Is there a road near-by? Can you try it by setting routing point from directly in the map (so that you see the area)?
