interpretation of turn restrictions is buggy?

Hi Folks,
yesterday i had an wrong routing in Navigator free. I have checked the OSM-Data on that junction.
The turn restriction on junction was tagged with "except=motorcar..." because the turn restriction is only for busses and HGV.
The Routing of OSRM (map.project-osrm.org/) is correct on that junction.
It seems like Navigator Free dont use (or not correctly) this "except"-tag?

I can confirm that tag "except" is ignored at the moment. It was added to XML filter now but it will be fixed no sooner than in June 2014 data.
