Israeli map in English?

I just installed Navigator Free on my Android phone in preparation for a trip to Israel. When I downloade the OSM map for Israel I found that all the names are written in Hebrew. Where can I download a version in English instead?

What language do you have set in your Navigator? If you select English, you could see names in English too.

on the map or in database? my is always set in English
