File containig settings

Hi all.
I recently had to format the SD card in my PDA and reinstall the MapFactor free.
I would like to know if there is a file that contains my settings and my favourite addresses, to copy it before any formatting and overwrite after another, so I do not have to set up all over again.

settings.xml, favourites.xml, routing_points.xml + if you use odometer.xml, truck_restrictions.xml, editor.xml
