Adding POIs to Navigator 11 (Free) using a Mac

HiI would like to convert and add an existing set of POIs (Campsite locations) to Navigator, but I would use a Mac (OSX) to runthe conversion.Is this possible?Thanks:-?

On Linux, I use all MapFactor programs with wine. I think. that wine is also available for Mac. http://www.winehq.org/
