Guiding long routes instead of short routes

I am using Tom Tom map in Saudi Arabia the map is not accurate why I am saying this is when lot of short routes are there it showing long routes. For example when the designation is in 500 meters it shows 2.5 kilometer route.And also shows privates routes as public routes wheres other maps like Google map and Copilot shows the correct route. What is the problem with this map.
