Impossibility to download MAPS - Android 4.0.3

Hi there!
I cannot download any map using my smartphone with Android 4.0.3, neither using the app Navigator, nor Navigator Center... a message stating that it is impossible to download the list of all maps available appears.
could someone help me!? how can i fix this problem?

Can you send me log files from /sdcard/navigator/log folder?
