Problem installation in sdcard

I can't install it on external sdcard. The only choice i have to install maps is "internal sdcard", which have no place enough.

close Navigator and delete data in Android settings/application
manager/Navigator - then reboot your phone. If this does not help,
please email logs (navigator/log folder).
please take backup first

that's not work and i don't have log folder, just folder named 4.1.2 in navigator/temp/ with no files, and many files 142886589854.mpfctmp

folder would be android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/log

ok i find files named downloader_150125_193338.log.txt etc....
how can i email logs?

i have probably a bug because on my phone sdcard1 is internal memory and sdcard0 is the external sdcard !!!!
do you have a solution?

is it rooted?

i find a solution: erase internal memory (sdcard1), micro sd (sdcard0), and restore my phone at original level.
(after backup of my documents)
