Windows 8.1 Pro: MapFactory Navigator Free doesn't turn the map.

I use MapFactory Navigator Free with Windows 8.1 Pro.
Settings -> GPS -> Map Rotation = ON
Settings -> GPS -> Centre Map = ON
But, the vecicle is in buttom of the screen in "navigation mode" and the map doen't turn in course. North is always on top. That's not nice, if I go to south. I see always a small piece of street.
It's a bug or a feature?

Any update on when this feature will be available for the Windows version? Its quite a common feature in other GPS apps?

This feature of turning maps has always been available and works in my windows versions: WINCE and Windows 7. Never used it on 8.x so far.
What doesn't work correctly is the North oriented map, if you don't enable it in GPS settings WHILE already navigating.
And then the cursor is still positioned wrong, always too far on the south side, so when you go south you don't see much of what is ahead of you.

I have map rotation turned on and still the map always displays in North orientation. Are there any other settings that could affect this not working?

OK I have tested the simulate route and it rotates the map to always have the direction of travel facing up. Any thoughts on why it doesnt do this when I am performing normal navigation?

I would say that your GPS does not give bearing
you can save NMEA and email to us

No probs, can you please tell me if I can save this data through Navigator or do I need a 3rd party tool? Also, where should I email the file?

I think bearing is missing
RMC - NMEA has its own version of
essential gps pvt (position, velocity, time) data. It is called RMC,

Is this normally a GPS chip issue or something else in your opinion?
I have logged a call with the devices vendor to see why this data is not being provided.
I also have a number of other Windows 8.1 devices which I will try on and see if the bearing is being provided by the GPS
