speed cameras available for Free Mapfactor version

I have purchased an up to date speed cameras file but it seems I can't install it on the Free Mapfactor application.Any clue if this is possible ?

http://www.speedcamupdates.com/ unzipped it gives 2 files cameralight.mca and cameraspeed.mca

I do not know this company, but files should be copied to folder where all .mca files are
