Startup Splash Dialogue for NavigatorFree

Everytime I restart Navigator Free, I get a pop up dialogue box that tells reminds me about the mapdata and to contribute changes, etc. How can I disable that dialogue box? it's very annoying.

I'm using PC Navigator (free version) on an XP box, not a PDA. There is no check box on that splash screen. I just rechecked.
