Rotating map during stop/keeping rotated map during driving.

Navigator sometimes rotates the map when a vehicle is stopped:
Then it continues with this map direction during driving (I was not able to take another screenshot). Restarting the application doesn't help - after short time the map is rotated again. Unfortunately I'm not able to provide exact procedure to reproduce - just noticed this twice or three times. Probably weak GPS signal reception might have something to do here, as it was lost several times in between.
