North Carolina map download

Download of this map appears to be stuck, I have tried stopping the App, re-installing, upgrading to version 1.2.35 on Nexus 5 and Nexus 7. When I try and download the NC map both devices say "Resuming download" and then there is no download progress. I can download other maps OK.Please advise.
