Part of road missing from map

Position 52.452963,-2.05984 Richmond Street, Halesowen, West Midlands, England does link up with Stourbridge Road. On OpenStreet map web site it is shown correctly. On the latest "Navigator" map download the two roads still do not link. There are no turn restrictions at this junction. Because of this mapping error navigation in this area is incorrect.
