navigator on 2 devices ?

Hello,i have navigator on my android device(tab 3 8.0) and would like it on my samsung s4 as well(tom tom maps).Do i have to pay twice ? I have seen that you need my "log txt" reading but i dont know which device you require this from, or how to get the log file ?Many thanks,steve.
