registration number

Hi not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I have just bought a sat/nav and the Navigator 12 was preinstalled. Unfortunately it was in the wrong language it was in german. I have installed Navigator 12 free but I cannot find the serial from the installed program which I had paid for.
Is there anyway of finding the number from the program installed
