No access for uninstalling from Windows 8.1

Hi!I was just curios and installed MapFactor's PC Navigator 12 FREE to my Windows 8.1 PC. It was of course useless becouse it is a desktop PC and without GPS. But now I cannot uninstall either this or Navigator 12 - Setup Utility. I get this error pop up screen:"Windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the necessary permissions." I give administrator permissions by clicking the icon mouse right button, but no help. The path for uninstalling exe is c:\programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\Navigator 12\ PC N... and the last lines cannot see on that pop up error window.So, what can do? Why the uninstalling support is not working?

Hello,try the free program from here: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.htmlIt shows all programs installed and You can uninstall the program You wish. In the the advanced mode also the registry entrys etc. will be deleted.
