volume bar appears when receiving calls

after i installed mapfactor navigator for my android smartphone (4.2.2) the volume bar appears on main phone screen everytime i get a call.And that happens even if navigator is not running..is there anyway i can fix this?googled and found that many ppl have the same problem... here is the link https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/nexus/5oyS5RdRvi0/joOcADhbZtYJ
