does not show the moement on the map

I am using the paid version as I purchased maps for Spain. It worked ok at the beginning but now when I try to navigate I hear the driving instructions but the map is frozen always at start point and does not show the vehicle moving.
Nothing wrong with my phone as I am using other FREE navigation system on phone and that works fine
I am disappointed.
Any idea how to remedy?

Hi,
are you actually using Navigate, or Calculate route?
I think you should email support with this.

I use Navigate as that worked in the past. But now doesnt work.
do you know the email of Support for the product? I cant find it anywhere.
