HOWTO Import Maps?

I installed Navigator Free, but don't knom how to feed it with OSM Maps listed on:
http://navigatorfree.mapfactor.com/de/maps/
I found an export option on OSM, but which format is used?

Sorry, it's on a Vista Laptop in case it matters.

@gigabernie : to download OSM-maps use "Navigator Setup Utility".
For details see : Navigator 11 Manual

I noticed, I have only NF10.
If I want to install 11, do I have to uninstall 10?
