Rendering of combined cycle- and footway

Any chance you could render them with a blue line like you render footways with red?
Example: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/201512120
Basically they will have both bicycle=designated and foot=designated
Its how JOSM tags them when I select the preset for combined ways.
Currently they show up like grayish looking roads. -

I was wondering if it would be possible to edit the minimum and maximum zoom-level in the map file as well. I find that secondary roads disappear a little bit too early when zooming out. I have already tried to edit the teleatlas.map but this didn't work. I'm using OSM.

Editing the album.style file will do nothing when the there is no separate ID for cycleway

You can edit them (as I tried earlier) - the problem ist just that apparently cycleways are addressed with STREET_OTHER_LINE_* - and I don't know what kind of ways are also included here.

This is exactly the prioblem. We need separate rendering.
