Ad covers application window

I just updated a couple of maps of European countries on my Xperia Active.Unfortunately the advertisment on the top of the screen covers the application window, so that I can not read, the map of which country is just under verification. There still is some unused space on this window just under the Actis advertisment. So it could be possible to place the first ad-window to another space or to push the information of the update window a little bit downwards.
