Navigator Android+TOMTOM Maps transfer to another device

Hello,i have bought Navigator with tomtom maps USA on my mobile a few month ago.How is the situation if i buy a new mobile phone? Do i have to buy USA map again or can i transfer the map if i use the same google account for the new mobile?

you can transfer, but you will have to let us know once you installed Navigator on your new device
