we used some prepared routes, imported as GPX files last weekend and we found two things that could be very helpful for this kind of using Navigator.
1. Saving the automatical unchecked waypoints in Route Info, so that the navigation to the next point can be started easy after a crash or restart of the smartphone/tablet or the app. In one case we had to uncheck a lot of waypoint by hand to go on with the planned route.
2. While navigating with an imported route, it would be very, very helpful to have a button with a "skip the next waypoint" function. Now, in case of missing one waypoint or when there is a diversion due to roadworks you have to go back to Route Info, uncheck the next waypoint and start the navigation again. It would be much better, if the App offers also an additional "skip button" in the command line after tapping at the map.
In normal funktion navigator uncheckt the passed waypoints. So maybe it's possible to save this in Route Info permanent, after passing a waypoint. Then we get the list of waypoints after a restart. And if someone will have the original with all marked waypoints back he can reload the imported route from the Favorites and start again. - Or am I wrong with this idea?
maybe I'm too stupid, but what toolbar do you mean?
When I press inside the map for 2 sec. I get a window with "Stop navigation", "diversion", "sound off", "full screen", "map scale" and "poi types". But no skip the next waypoint. When I press the menue button for 2 sec. I'm back at the start page and when I press the buttom bar, that I can configure myself for 2 sec. I can change the fields.
But I can't find any button to skip the next waypoint directly. :-(
When I press inside the map for 2 sec. then the window with the following points "Stop navigation", "diversion", "sound off", "full screen", "map scale" and "poi types" opens... Do you mean one of these points?
Pressing short at the map, then now there is a button to skip the next waypoint... sorry for my blindness. Or will it only be activated when I first press 2 sec. in that tool bar, and choose it one time? - Anyway, I have it now.
Thanks a lot for your help, but maybe you can think about my point 1... the marked/unmarked waypoints?
