My smartphone has android 6.0.1 version and the version of navigator is 7.2.60 armeabi-v7a
Good day,
I have been using navigator for many years but since few time I meet a bug when trying to open a Gpx folder on my smartphone.
My smartphone has android 6.0.1 version and the version of navigator is 7.2.60 armeabi-v7a .
Previously I usede to "clic" on the Gpx folder, at this time it opened "navigator" and once i made the choice between TomTom or openmap, a window was opened asking if I want to import the points of the Gpx folder selected.
Now after the clic on the Gpx folder, then navigator is opened, but after the choice of map is made, nothing happen, the window asking if you want to import the points doesn't appear!
Does anybidy met this problem or have an idea the reason navigator behave this way ?
I'm preferring total commander as my file manager. When long tapping an item several options pop up. Choosing the "open with" feature will list all apps residing on Your device. Tap MFN and on it goes.
The file manager I am using , Cx, gives me also the choice to choose the appli I wish to use, once MFN is choosen it behaves as described above, so unfortunately I don't think it's a matter of file manager
Yes the files are valid, since there is no problem on my wife's smartphone , not exactly the same version of navigator always 7.2.60 but the end changes and not the same version of android .
I may send you a file but don't see how to join a file
Have a glimpse to the playstore, 7.3.17 is waiting, I would try this version, maybe Your import issue is solved then. BTW, can't access Your file, Drive has sent an email for permission.
Sorry 2highlander, I finally follow your advice and moved to another file manager than the one I was using until now and it is successfull; navigator is doing well.
However I don't understand why on the phone my wife using my previous file manager "Cx explorateur" it works
Anyway the most important is that it works on my phone
