Voice street names

I am getting all my navigation instructions without mention of street names. I can see upcoming street namesin the space at the bottom of the screen but all instructions are only in generic terms of turns and distance. I note that in a couple of the YouTube tutorials re: Mapfactor that at least some of the vocal navigation directions mention the street name. Am I missing something?

OK I just learned that TTS means text to speech but I have no idea how to proceede. Thanks for any help.

you can set TTS engine in settings/localisation/navigation sounds
