cant use or download the purchased map

i have purchased a map and on the last step where it says finish the app halted. now when i open the commercial version it says i dont have any maps intstalled though when i go to the map i purchasrd it says "purchased". my question is: how i can use or download the purchased map. you help is highly appreciated im traveling in couple of days and i badly need the map. thanksahmad
