Backup in the MFN app. ??

- Android 4.4.2, MapFactor Navigator FREE v. 3.1.120
When I have added a lot of favorites, routes, poi, .... it seems wise to make a back up, nice and time saving in case of a crash.I want to store the back up files on my lap top PC, to be independent of an internet connection to Google.Is possible to bacp up the complete MFN app including all files- maps, favorites, routes etc.? -

android/data/com.mapfactor.navigator/files/navigator/file names are self-explanatory
