Ugly arrow

Hello
When i click on my places and then choose a saved place > show on map. The arrow pointing to the saved place is a horrible red and black thing.
Is there any way to change the arrow icon or change the colour. TIA.

They provided a zip file there which allows modifying the models, including the arrow you're looking for (target.png). -
