Speed Cameras on Navigator

I have upgraded my download of Navigator and was under the impression that the app included Speed Camera warnings. But it doesn't.
Is this a problem with the download or is it a feature that is yet to be added? -

You can download them likewise as maps.Simply because speed cameras are not allowed in Germany, Austria, France and a couple of more countries.

@tomas To whom are you talking? I find it not that difficult to understand. @BigMo asked where he can find speed camera alerts. @hvdwolf explained where to find, just mentioning that speed cameras are not allowed in Germany etc. @john_percy reiterated, that it is not the speed camera itself, what is not allowed (but that is the wording of @hvdwolf) but that it is only the speed camera *alert* that is not allowed.
I find everything was clear then.

@hdwolf. You are correct speed camera warning software is not allowed in Germany BUT it still works if you want to take the risk (which I do).

To add to this: Even having speed camera data (no matter whether it alerts you or not) is not allowed in nav apps in the mentioned countries (and probably more countries).In France you can get 1500 euros fine if they find them on your phone/tablet, dedicated gps, android head unit, etc. No matter whether you use them or even have the apparatus on.
