Arrow does´nt move

Hello,
I have a few problems with the mapfactor application for Win CE.
Even I enter the road, the GPS will be found, but the arrow/car would not be moved.
Here a picture for the better understanding:

For Android this question mark mentions, that Navigator has no GPS fix. If I remember well, there were already some topics relating to Windows and problematic GPS fix. You should search the forum for that.

try to change speed, most likely 9600

Even I chance the speed to 9600, he doesn´t find a gps signal...

By 57600 he found the gps signal, but the arrow still not move.
By 9600 he doesn´t found a gps signal.

try other speeds, 4800, 14400, 19200, 38400
or ask your hardware supplier what baud rate it should be
