How do I change the language of the Program on my WM 6.5 device

I loaded Navigator free onto my WinMo 6.5 phone, but all the commands are in a language other than English. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a couple of times hoping that it would give the option to change the language. But so far I'm not seeing it.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
