Different positions Android/Windows 8.1 for same coordinates

If i digit 45.620764 - 13.855011 I look two differents positions on the OSM map.How it's possible?

Different kind of map-protection under settings? You can chose Merkator or Miller.

I don't find (now I work only in Windows) this setting. What it's the path to chose Merkator or Miller?

projection has nothing to do with position of coordinates, may be you entered them the wrong way around?

The numbers are corrects and the points (in the two systems) are always different.The label in Android System writes coordinates instead in Windows writes the name of the small town: it's incredible if the my numbers are always: 45.620764 and 13.855011.I have two photos and You can look the differences.How I can send the photos?

How You don't see?In PC version the destination flag it's on one place (You see the destination flag and the name SP11San Dorligo della Valle/Dolina Trieste) and in Android version the flag it's on another place (You see the destination flag and instead the coordinates 45:37:14,7504 13:51:18,0396.In Android version it's an red arrow where the place it's in PC version. You can't embed your images directly in this forum. When you do that only you can see those images (so it seems like it is working but it isn't). You should use some external service like nl.tinypic.com or fotos-hochladen.net or anything for your country.

Why in PC I have destination in one place with the name and with the tablet in another place with the numbers and NOT the name?
I know that 45.620764 and 13.855011 = 45:37:14,7504 13:51:18,0396 are the same thing in another format!

Try: Settings: Advanced settings: Reset to default. (Navigator free) PC most likely has similar option.
