Mega Pack lost after reinstal

Hello
I had bought the 6€ "Mega pack" in Navigator.
I too was a victim of the "France not showing" symptom so I uninstalled, reinstalled a few times. Now it seems to be working again but the Premium functionnalities have disappeared.
Is there a way to have them back without paying 6€ again ?

premium features are klinked to your Google account - make sure that you are logged in

I'm definitely logged in to my google account, Gmail is open, but I still don't have the mega pack...

Google says that it can take up to 24 hours, please be patient

The 24 hrs are long past, it's more like 48 hrs already. Can it be because I was in the beta testing program and I suspended that ?
