Map not appearing

    Hi,
    First time on here, please forgive me for some of my terminology I'm not that good with technology!
    I have Navigator 14 free on my toughbook, about a year ago I installed UK, France and Belgium maps with no problems.
    In the Navigator set up I'm now trying to install Germany (south) at the end it says "operation successful" however when I go into the mapping
    It doesn't appear? Are you able to help please.

    first I would upgrade to Naavigator 16

    Hi Tomas,
    Thank you for replying so quickly.
    At the bottom of the setup it has 16.0.3 free.
    Although the icon on my homepage says Navigator 14 Setup.
    Do I need to uninstall the setup and reinstall?
