Location of favorites.xml on Windows 10 Mobile Phone

Hi,
I'd like to copy the favorites.xml and some other files from an Android phone to a MS phone but I can't find those files on the latter?
Will the contents be compatible?

on MS phone you cannot copy files, you cannot access this location

if you move Navigator to SD, then you may be able to do it on your PC
