Service road wrongly used in navigation

A route presented to me today uses a service road not far from my home that must not be used by the general public. Its id is 200959560; its one tag is highway=service. What must I change in OSM or set in MapFactor to prevent its consideration for public use? 'Other Road' is disabled.

My lack of understanding about OSM tags and their relationship to MapFactor Navigator FREE 'Road Restrictions': 'Small Local Road' was enabled. Disabled, the service road is ignored.

I downloaded the latest OSM UK data yesterday, dated 23/02/2016, as prompted. Routing covering this service road remains the same, i.e. 'Small Local Road' enabled uses this road; disabled, the service road is ignored. I tagged the road 'access=private' on 15th February, Changeset: 37223912. 1. Is the latest OSM data provided by MapFactor after this date? 2. If so, I am concerned to know what conditions or tags in OSM dictate 'Small Local Road' in MapFactor.

changes made in February will be released in March
you can set Early maps on, to get maps one week earlier
