When will Navigator 15 free be released?

Navigator 15 was released last year. But the navigator free with osm maps is 14.

There are dealing three or four topics on the installatiton procedure from previous versions to 15. I remember problems on my pc as well, but not exactly what and my solution.
There was someting with early map access also for program update.

Thanks alot, i need a new setup utility i guess. But how can i know when the setup utility is updated and i dont download a old one which i have already..... Where is the release notes page?

No, i was downloading the setup utility again, but it installed Navigator 14. What make i wrong?

Solution found:
"C:\ProgramData\Navigator\x.y\Install\setup_pc_navigator.exe" have to be deleted. Otherwise its not possible to download the new application version, because the program dont know which version is already downloaded.
