Windows 10 and navigator

Hi all, wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, just installed mapfactor navigator free a few days ago for car pc (centrafuse front end) and now navigator won't open at all. Not through centrafuse with the plugin and not through direct .exe file. Latest versions of all programs involved. Thanks.

Through centrafuse I get failed to dock navigator, trying to launch separately my mouse displays the loading ring g then nothing opens (checked windows processes ect and it dosent actually launch)
