In map view and/or in navigation mode map doesn't move. Scrolling manually also does nothing. Map is stuck, like screenshot. Buttons for zooming are working (are being pressed) but map is still stuck in same state.

I found that rotating phone thus changing orientation updates the map. So if i for example zoom out twice, map is stuck, but when i change phone orientation it changes to zoomed out.

I tested phone in 3d games to exclude possibility of faulty graphics

Seems like some rendering issue

My phone is Prestigio 5504

Size 5.0 inches (~64.6% screen-to-body ratio)

Resolution 540 x 960 pixels (~220 ppi pixel density)

Multitouch Yes

OS Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat)

Chipset Mediatek MT6582M

CPU Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7

GPU: ARM Mali-400 MP2 @416 MHz

On my old Alcatel OT 5020D it worked fine tho...

you will need to set Hardware renderer in settings/advanced
